Are stem cell treatments legal in Canada?
In 2019 Health Canada made it very clear that offering stem cell injections is illegal except as part of a Health Canada Approved Trial. Currently, there are only two trials approved by Health Canada one in Ontario and one in B.C. Both are for osteoarthritis.
